In this class we will dive into the relationship between men and women from the perspective of our gender instincts. The way we handle situations as individuals is different from one another in any case, however when you add the dynamics of the two base genders, Male/Female, things can get trickier and more convoluted. Males will instinctively view a matter different that Females. No better no worse, just different. If we go into a seemingly simple conversation not understanding that, issues can be unnecessarily taken very personal, and what began as a calm discussion can turn into a full blown argument. Many couples avoid communication altogether because of this. They have already learned that they don’t understand one another and so they the will avoid important conversations altogether. Inevitably this will lead to the demise of their connection.

We will get to the roots of why we behave as we do. Then add some generational and societal belief systems and paradigms we all experience that add layers to the discord and confusion.

You will become clearer in your ways of communication as well as your partners way of communication allowing for a better flow of your relationship. When this happens, the ease of relationship is experienced and your joy in each other grows. Very quickly, with just a few shifts in how you see and understand each other, you can be living an optimal quality of relationship.

*All gender identities are welcomed in this class as well as any relationship combination. The information in the class will be relatable in any style of relationship.

*There will be plenty of time for open communication within the group. You are welcome to speak, ask any questions. However, no one is required to speak. You are more than welcome to sit back and absorb what is said.

*Make sure to bring water, and a light snack if desired.
